Fabolous Shot, Jail Cell Awaits After Hospital Stay

After being shot in the leg by an as of yet unknown assailant early Tuesday, 28-year-old rapper Fabolous and three friends fled the scene and were subsequently pulled over by police. The rapper was brought to the hospital but a his friends and a jail cell await him after his release. The four were arrested by the police officers that pulled them over after finding two unliscensed guns in the vehicle in which they were travelling.

While charges are pending you can still see Fabolous Tuesday evening on VH1 as he just finished doing his part in the taping of the Hip Hop Honors Awards show.

He also has a new album due out in December from Def Jam.
